How ordering works. Our merchandise is printed and shipped on demand by our printing partner, so nothing sits in a box in somebody’s garage and we never run out of a size. When you press Buy, you’ll finish your order on their secure checkout, where you’ll pick your size and colour and enter payment and shipping. They handle printing, postage, tracking and any reprints; the Council receives the proceeds. Questions about an order you’ve already placed are best sent to the printer using the details on your emailed receipt — but if you get stuck, contact us and we’ll help you chase it.
